100 brook trout hooked, ran in to a drunk french man who fed us 150 proof whiskey and then fell in the stream...twice.
So we packed up and drove two hours north to the Canadian areas, this was after we got 5 inches of rain.
Then it snowed, 27 degrees in the morning....
We caught two small trout and spent the rest of the day heater fishing. Driving around, hot spotting the best pool of the stream and then heading back to the truck to warm up.
Sunday we did a 5 mile float, in high cold water... in search of brook trout and "Seth" the Canadian Whiskey man. We did not find many of either... but we did find his camp.
His camp .... was awesome. A place where many a tale could be told and just enough room for one small man... I will only share with you a few quick snap shots...as we were certainly trespassing.
