A Toothy Spring Morning


5 Pike between 6 & 12lbs were enticed by my sultry fly offerings this morning.....

nice fish bro! A 12 pound pike is pretty impressive on the fly. Scog pike or the spot by your house?

Belgrade Stream, close to my house. Outlet of Long Pond, flows into Messalonskee Lake. 20 mins. from my place. While 12 lbs may be respectable, its still a dirty Pike and I won't respect them until they start showing up in the size we grease during Ice Fishing. Fun as hell though; nice to have a good fish on the line here in the home state so early in the season.
